INSTRUCTIONS FOR SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE
Only products from the nomenclature of our company partner manufacturers can be accepted for repair in the service department.
The products are accepted in the office of TECHNO.
When receiving the product an Acceptance protocol is made (use the enclosed temple).

The client pays Diagnostics fee and is given a receipt of the product, for the approximate cost of the repair and the cost of necessary spare parts.

The client pays for the spare parts. The employees set a term for completion of the product repair..
The repaired item is subject to a 24-hour test..
When the client accepts the repaired item he pays for the labor.,
The client is given an invoice for the overall costs for the repair of the item.
The repaired items are given a 6-months guarantee period (for the repaired defect).

The service department does not give guarantee period for items repaired with the client.
